Referral Claims

Please review the FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd referral programme terms and conditions below.

• The referral programme is open to existing clients of FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.
• To qualify for the referral reward, the referrer must be a current client and refer a new client who meets the eligibility criteria.
• The referred client must mention the referrer's name during the initial contact or provide the referral information as specified by FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.
• The referral reward, a R 1,000.00 (one thousand Rand) cash voucher, will be provided to the referrer once the referred client successfully paid their first instalment to FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.
• The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.
• Referral rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
• Only one referral reward will be provided per qualified referral.
• FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and referred client and to determine if the referral meets the programme's requirements.
• Any fraudulent or dishonest activity, including but not limited to fake referrals, will result in disqualification from the referral programme.
• FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may occur during the referral process.
• The referral programme is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the referral programme, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• FinFix referral payment will be made on or before 10 business days after receiving the e-mail notification from referrals@finfix.co.za that the referral is successful.
• The Form 16 date of the referred person must not be older than 1 month prior to the submission date.
• The submission date must correspond with the date the referral form is received by FinFix.
