1) The referral program is open to existing clients of FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.

2) To qualify for the referral reward, the referrer must be a current client and refer a new client who meets the eligibility criteria.

3) The referred client must mention the referrer's name during the initial contact or provide the referral information as specified by FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.

4) The referral reward, a R 1,000.00 (one thousand Rand) cash voucher, will be provided to the referrer once the referred client successfully paid their first instalment to FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd.

5) The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.

6) Referral rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

7) Only one referral reward will be provided per qualified referral.

8) FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and referred client and to determine if the referral meets the program's requirements.

9) Any fraudulent or dishonest activity, including but not limited to fake referrals, will result in disqualification from the referral program.

10) FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may occur during the referral process.

11) The referral program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

12) FinFix Shared Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

13) By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
